Sea Serpent Grand, as the name suggests, is a spectacular luxury Red Sea liveaboard in all aspects. With length of impressive 43.3 meters and the new hull design she allows not only spacious and comfortable accommodations but improved speed and stability. The huge dive deck is at water level and accommodates up to 28 divers. Equipped with a Nitrox compressor, a Helium/Oxygen blending station and a Haskel pump, she is the choice for technical divers, also providing Oxygen, Trimix, Helium and Nitrox fills. Sea Serpent Grand is designed for divers looking for luxury and speed between dive sites.

Sea Serpent Grand provides ample space with her main deck salon which is equipped with the latest in entertainment equipment. She counts 2 suites, 2 double bed cabins and 10 twin cabins among her accommodations with all the facilities you would expect when traveling on a top-class liveaboard; music, fridge and en-suite facilities are standard in all cabins. The large bathrooms all feature multiple jet showers.

This purpose-built Red Sea dive liveaboard has a new hull design that offers improved speed and stability, ensuring a comfortable Red Sea diving trip. Dive the four scenic wrecks of Abu Nuhas, known as the Ships’ Graveyard, and the iconic SS Thistlegorm, sunk in 1941 during WWII.     The Straits of Tiran, off the eastern Sinai Peninsula, separate the Red Sea from the Gulf of Aqaba. Explore the colorful walls of Jackson, Woodhouse, Thomas, and Gordon Reefs, named after 19th-century English cartographers.

    Stretching 18 miles, the Straits of Tiran lie on the eastern side of the Sinai Peninsula, dividing the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba. Here, contrasting deep drop-offs and shallow reefs create an exhilarating dive environment. Named after 19th-century English cartographers, Jackson, Woodhouse, Thomas, and Gordon reefs offer colorful walls adorned with gorgonians, corals, and algae, inviting exploration by divers.

The Red Sea lies between Africa and Asia and is surrounded by desert. The warm waters, minimal rainfall and sunny days attract travellers from all over the world. The diving season is year-round with visibility averaging 30m. From December to February, the nights can be cool, with warm, balmy nights in the summer months. July and August are the hottest months. In winter, there can often be a breeze.

There are over 1200 species of marine life that can be found in the Red Sea, the most common are clown fish, moray, turtles, napoleon, and parrot fish. Add to this world-famous wrecks, sharks, dolphins, pristine corals and even the elusive dugong, and you have a diving destination that has something wonderful around every corner. Reefs team with life, a kaleidoscope of colours sure to impress every diver, with the clear waters attracting underwater photographers along with beginners and those wanting to try their hand at technical diving, and of course shipwreck enthusiasts.

Trips depart from either Hurghada Port or Marsa Ghalib. We can arrange flights into both Hurghada Airport and Marsa Alam Airport from a selection of airports in the UK, the flight time is around five and a half hours.

Transfers between the airport and the boat will be included within your package.

A Visa is required for entry into both Hurghada and Marsa Alam.

The Egyptian Pound is the currency in Egypt however euros and sterling are widely accepted in small denominations.

Throughout the day, guests can indulge in breakfast, morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks, and dinner, with crisps, cakes, biscuits, and fresh fruit available at all times.

Complimentary beverages include mineral water, tea, and coffee, while Nespresso capsules are available for 2 Euros each. Beer and wine can be purchased onboard, priced at 3 Euros per can and 15 Euros per bottle, respectively. The boat is equipped with two service stations and an ice maker.
