Few destinations fill the underwater photographer with such excitement as Lembeh. Synonymous with the most weird and wonderful of marine creatures, Lembeh island's geographical situation, a few hundred metres from the volcanic Indonesian Mainland of North Sulawesi has produced a narrow strait of warm water with an arguably unrivalled variety of fantastically bizarre wildlife under the waves. NAD resort is a photographer's dream, catering for all levels of photographers with a welcoming family atmosphere, superb resources for photographers, and a team of outstanding dive guides.
This workshop will follow in our tradition of promoting creative techniques in a constructive learning environment. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to experiment with a range of the latest underwater toys and home-made DIY creations to enhance the creative process and develop their underwater portfolio. We are including a black-water dive, a magical night-dive where we maximise our opportunity to photograph planktonic life in an out-of-this-world experience. The teaching will be a mixture of technical and artistic presentations, group image critique (no pressure) and continual hands-on support, all questions very welcome. Join us, you'll love it.
About NAD Lembeh:
NAD-Lembeh is an owner-operated small resort situated on the world famous Lembeh Strait. Their location, knowledgeable staff, beautiful house reef, intimate service, and divers to guide ratio of a staggering 2:1 makes NAD a haven for photographers.
